By purchasing or using any key provided by Kali Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("you", "your", or "user") agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use any of our products.
1. Payment
- Overpayments and underpayments will not be refunded, credited, or otherwise acknowledged. It is your responsibility to ensure the exact amount is sent.
- We are not liable for any losses due to transaction errors, incorrect wallet addresses, or blockchain delays.
2. Key Usage
- Key sharing is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser is authorised to use the key.
- Keys may not be transferred, resold, gifted, or given to anyone else under any circumstances.
- Any attempt to share, distribute, or allow others to access the key will result in immediate termination, with no refund and no notice.
- Keys may also be deactivated at any time if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility
- Inactivity
- Dissatisfaction with performance
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any key at any time, with or without notice, and with or without reason.
Termination may occur for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Abuse of the service
- Violation of third-party agreements
5. Disclaimer
- All products are provided "as is", without any warranties, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or ongoing support.
6. Key System
- Keys may also be obtained through our official key system.
- Bypassing the key system is strictly prohibited.
- You must complete all tasks fully to receive a key — partial completion or tampering will not grant access.
7. Reverse Engineering
- Any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of our scripts or systems is strictly forbidden.
- Violations will result in immediate termination and permanent blacklisting.
- Users who have been blacklisted may be reinstated for a fee of $2.50. Please contact the developers through our Discord for this service.
8. Data Collection
You consent to the collection and use of gameplay data (such as pets, fruits, and job ids) for community features, and telemetry.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
10. Third-Party Terms
You must also agree to Luarmor's Terms of Service to use our products.
